Passports to Exports: Launching a Successful Export Business

Join World Trade Center Savannah for a webinar and learn how the U.S. Commercial Service can help companies export products and services globally. The U.S. Commercial Service of the U.S. Depart of Commerce has 1,800 trade professionals in 105 U.S. cities and 151 U.S. Embassies, Consulates and Trade Centers worldwide to help companies navigate the complex international trade process. To qualify for participation, companies must be 95 percent American-owned and formed under U.S. law. A minimum of 51 percent of the product or service content should be American (based on cost of goods sold). If the company is interested in exporting another company’s products and services, it must have documented exclusivity to do so (applies to consultants, trading companies, and other intermediaries).
