The COVID-19 pandemic pushed government digital transformation to warp speed, causing governments around the world to rethink delivery of health and human services and accelerating digital transformations already in progress.
In this online webinar, hear from experts from industry and government to understand the lessons learned and future prospects for digital government from a customer/user perspective. You will also have the chance explore Trans-Atlantic lessons learned through new digital health and human services programs launched in Scotland and the state of Rhode Island.
The program will feature Jonathan Cameron, Interim Director of Digital Health and Care Directorate in the Scottish Government, Abby McQuade, Chief Innovation Officer at the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training, Stuart Venzke, Global Partner of Healthcare and Life Science at Amazon Web Services, and Amy Wykoff, Director of Product Management at IBM Watson Health Government Health and Human Services.
