Growth Companies take AIM and Raise Capital in the UK – Hear an Atlanta-based CFO’s Perspective on Different Capital Markets

IPOs for companies with equity valuations less than $500m are increasingly rare in the U.S. However, London’s growth market AIM is a viable alternative for companies below this threshold to access the capital markets and for existing shareholders, such as VCs and founders, to monetize their holdings.

David Pattillo, former CFO of Georgia based, AIM-listed companies Clearstar (LON:CLSU) and Mycelx (LON: MYX) and current board member of Endava (NYSE: DAVA), will share his experience executing IPOs on AIM and U.S. exchanges as well as raising private capital.
