Selena Day

The City of Forest Park will hold its first “Selena Day” honoring the iconic singer on April 15 at Starr Park, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The event will include a contest for Selena Quintanilla’s best look-alike, as well as music, food and crafts.
Forest Park City Councilman Hector Gutiérrez, organizer of the event, indicated that “this aims to generate a positive impact on the community, which at the same time is putting Forest Park on the map as a multi-cultural destination.”
“Selena Day” is completely free to the public.
