Sweden Day 2016

Sweden Day is an event organized by SACC-Georgia, The Consulate of Sweden in Atlanta and cooperating organization SWEA (Swedish Women’s Educational Association), in celebration of the National Day of Sweden, which falls on June 6. It is one of their Annual Signature Events and it takes place in Magnolia Hall, Piedmont Park.
This year, SACC is honored to announce that we will be visited by His Excellency Björn Lyrvall, the Ambassador of Sweden to the United States, who is flying down from the Embassy of Sweden in Washington D.C., to partake in this ceremonial occasion.
They are also proud to announce that talented Swedish up-and-coming pop star Ulrika Lindstrom, who is based in Atlanta, will be performing live!
Join SACC for a Swedish Smorgasbord of food, delicacies, drinks, desserts, music, live entertainment and special surprises in a beautiful setting, while kicking of the start of the summer, in Swedish fashion and style with members and friends of the Swedish-American Community in Atlanta!
