Taiwan Cultural Programs Kickoff: Boba, VR, and Community Connections at Fulton County Library
May 18 at 10:30 am – 11:30 am
To celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Atlanta, in partnership with Fulton County and the Fulton County Library System, will launch a new series of public Taiwan cultural programs designed to connect local audiences with Taiwanese traditions and contemporary culture. The initiative will spotlight topics ranging from food and language to calligraphy, mahjong, and more.
The kickoff event invites attendees to experience a lively introduction to the series with boba tea and immersive 360-degree virtual reality films. Free and open to the public, the program offers a fun and accessible way to explore Taiwan’s cultural ties to Georgia and engage with the local community.
