The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center Webinar: Learn about Ecommerce Export Opportunities in China

In this webinar hosted by UGA SBDC, the Georgia Department of Economic Development’s (GDEcD) China representative and selected speakers will highlight opportunities for e-commerce sales in China including cross-border e-commerce.
Online transactions in China account for 56% of the global total online transactions, making China the world’s largest e-commerce market. The first 3 quarters of 2020 saw online retail sales of over 8 trillion RMB (around $1.2 trillion USD), of which 6.65 trillion RMB (around $1 trillion USD) were sales of physical consumer goods – a 15.3% increase from 2019. Cross-border e-commerce transactions registered 187.4 billion RMB ($28 billion USD), a 52.8% increase from the previous year.
