Webinar: Foreign investments in India from USA

This webinar will provide a brief overview of the recent trends in the USA-India economic and trade relations. It will also provide the recent trends in the tax and regulatory landscape for foreign investments in India with specifics for investors from the USA or investors proposing to invest from or through the USA with certain key implications under the US domestic tax laws as well as India-US DTAA.
