Amelia is the Director of Entrepreneurship at the Goizueta Business School. She is responsible for developing the school’s entrepreneurial culture, thinking, and initiatives, partnering with students, faculty, alumni, and the local ecosystem of investors, VCs, organizations. She is involved in a number of initiatives, including the pitch-the-Professors program to support new student concepts, the partnership with the Atlanta Tech Village incubator, the Entrepreneurs in residence program, the RAISE Forum for startups and investors in the Southeast, the AHIA (Advancing Healthcare Innovation in Africa) initiative, and more. Previously, Amelia was a senior principal at Accenture, and led a global Innovation initiative, where she was instrumental in visioning Accenture’s Innovation architecture.

Dr. Yongsun Paik
Professor of International Business & Management
Loyola Marymount University

Paik is director of the Center for Asian Business and Center for International Business Education (CIBE) at Loyola Marymount University. Interest areas include international human resources management, business ethics, cross-border M&A/joint ventures, and East Asia. Prior to joining LMU, Paik taught at the University of Washington, Seattle and worked as a country economist at the Export-Import Bank of Korea. He served as a visiting professor in Korea and at Thunderbird’s American Graduate School of International Management. He is an editorial board member for the Journal of World Business and the Thunderbird International Business Review, and former president of the Association of Korean Management Scholars. He has published three books and 50+ articles in major international business and management journals. Yongsun is a highly-decorated academic with awards including the Fulbright Senior Specialist Program, Korea Foundation Fellowship, Carnegie Bosch Institute Research Grant, etc.
