Welcome Reception for Consul General of Japan

Consul General Kazuyuki Takeuchi left his post as Deputy Head of Mission at the Japanese Embassy in Vienna, Austria to come to Atlanta as the Consul General of Japan in Atlanta in September 2019. After joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1985, he worked on economic and human rights issues across the Asian region.
