Three Simple Steps to Manage Innovation

While we often envision new products created by a lone genius toiling in his garage, successful innovation is actually the result of a deliberate process. Repeatable and profitable innovation focuses on

(1) the organization’s strategic objectives,

(2) customer needs, and

(3) robust decision-making.

This session will explore a few simple tools and techniques for effective innovation management within these three arenas. You will learn how to manage and improve innovation processes to beat the competition, even in today’s turbulent market conditions.
