World Trade Center Atlanta Connection Featuring Haiti

This month, we will be featuring the Consul General of Haiti, Gandy Thomas.

Did you know Haiti battled England, Spain and France and WON, becoming the first independent Island nation? In the 2,000s, Haiti was devastated by hurricanes, storms and an earthquake that killed hundreds of thousands. But Haiti’s population is recovering and is open for business. Join us to hear Consul General Gandy Thomas present the economic opportunity of Haiti today. Consul Thomas is also the leader of the Atlanta Consular Corps and can speak on the broader international development of Atlanta as a global place to do business.
