Cristina da Costa is a leadership developer, an executive coach and a consultant for corporate culture based in Atlanta with an extensive background as a senior executive in the corporate world in Europe. She works with leaders and managers developing their strengths to manage their business and empower their teams across the globe. In her consulting practice, she measures the culture in organizations and teams, identifying how it’s supporting productivity, growth and profit, delivering recommendations for transformation.
Cristina is the author of several workshops and articles on professional development in the workplace, and the author of the book COME PREPARED! 4 Key Principles That International Businesses Should Follow to Succeed in the U.S. Market – learn how culture, relationships and perceptions impact success – an action research on the experience of 50 foreign companies doing business in the US.
She is a member of the board of directors of the World Trade Center Atlanta, earlier responsible for a monthly event on the impact of culture in international business performance.
