She has been a dedicated member at the Foreign Investment Agency since its establishment.  \nBefore becoming Economic Counselor at the Vietnam Embassy\, she was the Deputy Director General of the Vietnam Foreign Investment Agency and lead several task forces and working groups promoting foreign investment and facilitating foreign investors doing business in Vietnam. She holds a PhD in Economics from Trinity College Dublin\, Ireland. Her other qualifications include Master and Bachelor degrees in Economic Development (National Economics University\, Viet Nam)\, Applied Economics for Policy Analysis (Fulbright University Vietnam). \nScott Ellyson is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of East West Manufacturing. As CEO and Co-Founder\, Scott has played a pivotal role in the Company’s growth. In addition to overseeing East West’s global operations\, Scott is well recognized in the industry and very active in the Company’s acquisition efforts. \nBefore co-founding East West\, Scott was VP of Offshore Manufacturing and Logistics for DiversiTech Corporation. Previously\, He co-founded ITS Ltd.\, an EMS manufacturer in Asia that makes automobile components and electronic assemblies and began his career as a manufacturing and industrial engineer producing medical instruments for Boston Scientific. He also worked for several years as a management consultant for PWC\, focusing on logistics\, strategy and operations. \nScott grew up just outside of Milwaukee on Pewaukee Lake and attended Culver Military Academy in Indiana. He holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and has been working in global manufacturing and distribution for over 20 years. \n \nBill Dao\, North America Representative\, Becamex Vietnam & Binh Duong Province \nBill\, serving as North America Chief Representative for Becamex Vietnam & Binh Duong Province\, has over 25 years of experience of providing business consultancy and promoting foreign investments into Vietnam\, especially in manufacturing and supply chains industries. Bill has been managing more than 30 Vietnam events in US and Canada and bringing many US companies to Vietnam and Southeast Asia. \nIn Vietnam\, Bill has worked for US Commercial Service as a Senior Gold Key Executive and Canada Trade Office as a Trade Commissioner to help many US and Canadian companies explore business opportunities in Vietnam.
