DESCRIPTION:Agnes Scott College’s Third Annual Women’s Global Leadership Conference\nwill provide a venue for exchanging best practices and innovative ideas about\ninclusive leadership in a diverse world. The conference builds on Agnes Scott’s\naward-winning SUMMIT Global Learning and Leadership Development experience\,\nwhere students develop inclusive leadership competencies through immersive\nintercultural learning and on-site leadership shadowing. \nThe “Leading Inclusively” conference on October 13\, 2022\, will feature leaders\nwhose actions in politics\, science\, business\, and the media exemplify what the\ninclusive transformation of communities\, organizations\, and societies looks like on a\nglobal\, national\, or local level. Keynote addresses\, panel discussions\, and plenary\nconversations will create opportunities for creative exchange and for the\ndevelopment of innovative solutions to some of the most pressing problems facing\nour world. \nPotential topics include: \n\nInclusive leadership approaches in international and domestic business and politics\nPolitical leadership and social inequality\nWomen and global development\nClimate change\n\nA pre-conference workshop on Wednesday\, October 12\, will provide participants with\nan opportunity to sign up for select modules of Agnes Scott’s new Inclusive\nLeadership Certificate.
