In 2014\, Mr. Kanyama took up an appointment by the International Monetary Fund as communications advisor\, where he worked until 2016. After returning to Zambia\, he worked at Bridges Limited where is a Founder Shareholder. On 10th March\, 2023\, Chibamba Kanyama was appointed Ambassador-Designate to the United States of América by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Zambia Mr. Hakainde Hichilema.  Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Customer Management\, Fellow of the Institute of Directors – Zambia and Trainer of Trainers in Corporate Governance\, Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Public Relations and Communication. \n\n\n\n\nVenus Hampinda\, Finance Director/Regional Head Strategic Tax Solutions\, Absa Bank Zambia\nVenus Hampinda is a seasoned Finance professional with experience spanning over 20 years. She is a captain of industry having worked in both the financial services sector and accounting practice.Prior to her current role\, Venus served as Executive Director Finance and Administration at Standard Chartered Bank Zambia PLC. Director Finance and Corporate Planning and Director Risk and Internal Audit at Zambia National Building Society. Prior to that she served as a Senior Relationship Manager at Zanaco PLC. Her career started off at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Pwc) where she held various roles in Zambia and United Kingdom. \n\n\n\nBoard Roles \n\n\n\nVenus is also committed to corporate governance and driving organizational strategy as a Board member currently serving on Absa Bank Zambia\, Absa Bank Zambia Pension Fund\, Zambia Revenue Authority\, CIDRZ Limited\, ACCA Zambia Panel network and Ministry of Health Audit Committee. \n\n\n\nShe has previously served on Standard Chartered Bank Zambia PLC\, ZESCO Limited Audit Committee.Accolades \n\n\n\nVenus is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant.
