As the US struggles with helping nations such as Afghanistan and Iraq become self-sustaining nations where the rule of law prevails\, what lessons from Kosovo can be applied elsewhere? \nDr. Osmani is serving her second term as a member of Kosovo’s parliament. Proceeds will be donated to South Union Community Development Corporation a 501c3 non-profit organization established to help develop the South Union community and surrounding areas of Houston.
