Previously\, Amelia was a senior principal at Accenture\, and led a global Innovation initiative\, where she was instrumental in visioning Accenture’s Innovation architecture. \nDr. Yongsun Paik\nProfessor of International Business & Management\nLoyola Marymount University \n  \n  \nPaik is director of the Center for Asian Business and Center for International Business Education (CIBE) at Loyola Marymount University. Interest areas include international human resources management\, business ethics\, cross-border M&A/joint ventures\, and East Asia. Prior to joining LMU\, Paik taught at the University of Washington\, Seattle and worked as a country economist at the Export-Import Bank of Korea. He served as a visiting professor in Korea and at Thunderbird’s American Graduate School of International Management. He is an editorial board member for the Journal of World Business and the Thunderbird International Business Review\, and former president of the Association of Korean Management Scholars.
