Along with Peter Swire she co-authored the 2018 edition of U.S. Private Sector Privacy: Law and Practice for Information Privacy Professionals\, IAPP’s book used by those studying for privacy certification. They also co-authored the 2017 Emory Law Journal article entitled\, “Why Both the EU and US are ‘Stricter’ than Each Other for the Privacy of Government Requests for Information\,” which examined privacy protections provided in EU law as well as those that exist in US law. Kennedy-Mayo has been an attorney for 15 years and spent most of her career working in government\, acting as both an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia and as an Assistant District Attorney in several Georgia counties.

DESCRIPTION:The Taiwanese Junior Chamber of Commerce of Georgia have\nthe pleasure of hosting its 3rd annual Taste of Taiwan Gala for the city\nof Atlanta. The attendees will be taken on a culinary journey through\nthe rich history and culture presented by two top national chefs from\nTaiwan. \nFollowing the previous years’ sold-out events\, this year’s Tasting Gala\nwill draw 500+ guests. In addition to the support from the Taiwanese\nand Chinese communities\, guests from the Korean\,\nVietnamese\, Indian and other Asian communities will also be joining\nfor the festivities. \nGuest chefs from Taiwan will transport the attendees on a\nwhirlwind tour of the various local Taiwanese cuisines through their\nintricately prepared dishes. In addition\, the Taiwanese chefs will be\nvisiting and working with the students and staff of the Atlanta Arts\nInstitute to create new\, imaginative dishes for Taste of Taiwan 2018.

DESCRIPTION:In 2015 Stefan Donner visited Atlanta during his Fulbright Program where he was placed at Eastman School of Music in Rochester\, New York. Stefan is back in the United States on tour and will be performing a selection of J.S. Bach\, Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy\, Johannes Brahms\, and Robert Schumann on the organ for GCIV members!\n\nThere will be a meet and greet immediately following the concert. Light refreshments will be provided.\n\nThis event is free but you must register to attend!
