Georgia’s international representatives are to attend a seminar the afternoon and then a reception the evening of March 26 at the Woodruff Arts Center in Midtown.
The annual visit by the representatives from Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Europe (Munich, Germany), Israel, Japan, Korea, Mexico and the United Kingdom is to provide an opportunity for local businesspeople to learn more about their markets.
The representatives promote the state as a location for direct investment and as a source of quality products and services. They also promote Georgia as a tourism destination.
The “Global Markets Insight” seminar is to be held from 3:30-4:45 p.m. during which the representatives will discuss their current activities. The representatives are to be available for networking from 5-7 p.m. at the “Go Global” reception.
The reception also is to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the opening of the state’s offices in Japan and Europe.
