The Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce will host a seminar on Friday, Feb. 11, at the law offices of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP in Atlanta on recent changes in immigration law significantly affecting non-immigrant visa and green card processing.
Immigration law experts with the American Immigration Lawyers Association will participate in a panel discussion on changes in H and L visa programs.
Panelists will also discuss Perm, the new system for processing labor certification for permanent employment of foreign nationals, to be implemented in March.
GIACC promotes bilateral trade, investment and economic relations between the Southeast, particularly Georgia, and India.
