The American-Israel Chamber of Commerce Southeast Region has elected its officers and board members for 2011-12, including Lorin Coles as its new chairman.
Mr. Coles has been active in the chamber for 11 years, serving as the board’s vice chairman and the chairman of the software committee, which helps Israeli companies partner with businesses in the Southeast in software.
He is the CEO of Alliancesphere LLC, a firm that uses training and consulting to guide businesses through partnerships.
Joel Neuman, senior managing counsel for the Coca-Cola Co., was named chairman-elect. Both Nancy Sousa, president of the medical device company Trig Medical Inc., and Benjamin Fink, shareholder and principal for the law firm Berman Fink Van Horn P.C., were elected as vice chairmen.
Other new officers include, Jonathan Minnen, a partner for the law firm Smith, Gambrell & Russell LLP, as secretary and Steve Horn, a partner with the accounting firm Williams Benator & Libby LLP, as treasurer.
Tom Glaser will continue to serve as the chamber’s president and chief professional officer. Tal Cohen, Nestmetrics, and Phil Ruben, rDialogue LLC, will join the executive committee.
