Fintech South held a virtual forum for the second straight year.

From its beginnings a few years back, Atlanta’s Fintech South conference has played host to Israeli firms as part of its international section.

It makes sense, then, that the “start-up nation” was even better represented this year,  when all that was required to join was an Internet connection.

Conexx, the Atlanta-based American Israel Business Connector, partnered with the Israeli Economic Mission in New York and the Israel Export Institute to “bring” a delegation of 17 companies to the conference, including one that just broke records for the world’s largest-ever Series A fundraising round.

Transmit Security, which recently raised $543 million in its bid to eliminate the password while improving organizations’ security, joined along with other market-leading firms in areas like AI, machine learning, payments, automation, fraud, anti-money laundering, data intelligence and blockchain.

Rahav Shalom Revivo, founder & CEO, Fintech Ladies IL and head of Financial-Cyber Innovation & International Engagements for the Israel Ministry of Finance, was interviewed on female participate in fintech during a fireside chat on the World Stage, which occupied most of the second day of the conference.
