Margaret C. Espinda, an independent insurance agent with Taylor, Turner & Hartsfield Insurance agency in Cumming, has been re-elected to a second one-year term as president of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce forĀ  2000-2001.

Ms. Espinda, along with other officers of the chamber, will be inducted at a dinner to be held in Doraville on Monday, Nov. 13.

Other officers include president-elect Andrew Zimmerman, a senior licensed engineer with Zimmerman Technical Services Inc.; vice president Winifredo Alfelor, chairman and president of WMA Services Inc., an engineering firm, and treasurer Conrad Gutlay, an accountant with The Home Depot.

New board members include Yasmin Oliveiro, vice president of finance for Bernie Automotive; Manolo Apanay, M.D. and a member of the board of directors of the Global Commerce Bank; Danie Alvero, senior project manager for AT&T International Voice Services;

Aurora Dunn, an independent insurance agent with the Dunn Agency; Roberto Santiago, sales manager for R.V. Industries Inc., a Philippine-owned company that sells dried coconut worldwide and Nenette Guerrero, who works for AT&T.
