Atlanta law firm Morris Manning & Martin LLP has recruited a new partner in its global sourcing and technology transactions practice.
Alexander Woollcott joined the firm from a similar position at Thompson Hine LLP.
Mr. Woollcott represents companies involved in outsourcing, procurement, licensing and supply-chain transactions overseas, as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has worked with companies in a wide array of industries including banking, health care, chemicals and manufacturing.
