NCR Corp. on March 29 announced two international initiatives in different business sectors and regions.

Through its facility in Buenos AiresArgentina, the Duluth-based company will provide customer support for Dutch electronics firm Philips S.A.‘s Spanish-speaking customers in Latin America.

In a separate release, NCR said that it will unveil its Customer Experiences Consulting Services, which will help hotels, airports and car rental companies smooth out their check-in processes. The service will be introduced March 29-31 at the Passenger Terminal Expo in Copenhagen.

The consultancy use online, mobile and kiosk technology to streamline passenger flows by allowing them more freedom in the way they check in and interact with service providers. The consultancy also aims to help airports and airlines improve customer shopping experiences to boost revenues.
