Global Franchise Group, a Norcross-based franchiser of brands like Marble Slab Creamery and The Athlete’s Foot, has hired a new chief financial officer.
Lewis Loeb comes from the CFO and treasurer position at McAlister’s Corp., a deli chain, where he oversaw the finances of 300 locations and handled the sale of the company.
Global Franchise Group brands have begun fanning out overseas. Marble Slab, for instance, has stores across the Middle East and Europe and will soon open new stores in Angola, Australia, Egypt and Qatar, according to its website.
