SUMMARY:Nonpartisan Candidate Forum
DESCRIPTION:The Ismaili Muslim community will hold a Nonpartisan Candidate Forum at the Ismaili Jamatkhana to provide local voters an opportunity to learn about and get to know the candidates running for certain state legislative offices.  The Nonpartisan Forum will include both Republican and Democratic candidates running for certain seats in the Georgia House of Representatives and Georgia State Senate. The Forum will allow Gwinnett residents to hear from the candidates and make informed decisions at the polls. The aim of the Forum is to increase voter engagement and encourage all citizens to have their Voice Be Heard.     \nNonpartisan Candidate Forum will consist of a meet and greet followed by candidate remarks and questions/answers. \n14 confirmed candidates include both Democratic and Republican representatives from House Districts 50\, 95\, 97\, 101\, 102\, and 106 and Senate District 48. \n\n\n\n	From the archive:
