The chamber of commerce in the Colombian capital of Bogota is seeking buyers from Georgia and other U.S. states to join a subsidized May 14-15 buyers’ mission to the country.

The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce  is partnering with AmCham Colombia (the local branch of the American Chamber of Commerce), covering some costs for qualified buyers looking to prospect for business among some 400 suppliers.

True to its name, the Business Matchmaking Forum 2025 will pair American firms with Colombia counterparts in industries like food, beverages, personal care, textiles, fashion, manufacturing and more.

The chamber is promoting the fact that Colombia, a free-trade agreement partner with the U.S., enjoys duty-free access to the American market on most products, a key advantage at a time of uncertainty around tariff policy.

International buyers can gain round-trip airfare for one delegate, two nights of hotel (with transfers between the hotel and the airport), as well as assistance and support from the chambers’ teams both before and throughout the event.

Atlanta has nonstop flights to Bogota via Delta Air Lines Inc., and the Georgia Department of Economic Development operates a trade office in Colombia. The Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce last year led a delegation to Colombia and is seeking to foster further business collaboration with the country.

Deadline for registration is March 31. Go here to apply.
