Atlanta professionals are encouraged to attend a full-day workshop on doing business with Mexico, Friday, Sept. 21, 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., at the Hilton Atlanta Northwest on Windy Hill Road.

The seminar will be “beneficial for business and legal representatives doing or hoping to do business in Mexico,” Kenneth Cutshaw, moderator of the program and partner in the law firm of Holland & Knight, told GlobalFax.

          Alejandro Coss, deputy trade commissioner of the Southeast for the Trade Commission of Mexico-Bancomext is to present Mexico’s current economic and trade outlook.

U.S. and Mexican attorneys will discuss current tax issues, acquisitions and joint ventures, corporate structures under Mexican law, the legal framework of foreign investment and customs issues for doing business in Mexico.

          The program is designed for chief executive officers, chief financial officers, tax managers, human resource specialists, accountants and attorneys.
