Atlanta-based marketing technology firm Silverpop has entered Brazil through a partnership.

Brazil-based Nitryx will add Silverpop‘s integrated email marketing platform and other solutions to its repertoire of products for the local market.

The move is a response to the growing base of consumers in Brazil and marketers’ need to reach them with effective campaigns, executives said.

Brazil is following a global trend, driven by technology, in which consumers are driving marketing relationships, demanding timely messages via email, social networks and mobile devices. Silverpop specializes in providing personalized messaging.

“We look forward to quickly becoming a major player in the region as we help more marketers get better results through more relevant campaigns,” said Bill Nussey, CEO of Silverpop, in a news release.
