Three Georgia companies will be named Manufacturers of the Year at an awards ceremony April 16.

The awards luncheon highlights Manufacturing Appreciation Week, co-hosted by the Technical College System of Georgia and the Georgia Department of Economic Development.

Winners will be named in three categories: more than 500 employees, more than 150 employees and fewer than 150 employees. This is the 15th year Georgia has celebrated Manufacturing Appreciation Week. There are 10,000 manufacturing facilities in Georgia, providing 430,198 jobs and contributing more than $100 billion to the state’s economy each year.
