The United Kingdom‘s Office of Fair Trading has cleared Atlanta-based Fleetcor Technologies Inc.‘s $304 million acquisition of a British firm.
Fleetcor, which has been expanding rapidly abroad, agreed to buy Allstar Business Solutions Ltd. in December.
Fleetcor provides prepaid fuel cards and other payment services to help companies manage their fleets’ fuel costs.
The company recently announced a $180 million acquisition of Brazil’s CTF Technologies Inc.
