This live training will walk you through the triggers and tripwires of German business culture and showcase strategies\, best practices\, and tools for organizations who want to minimize and even close the German Culture Gap. \nDuring this 1-day cultural training program you will: \n\nLearn to identify the main cultural values of Germany (as well as those of other countries in German-speaking Europe) and understand how these values impact communication\, relationships\, teamwork and leadership\nDevelop an understanding of the cultural dynamics of business practices and behavior patterns\nDiscover tools and strategies which will boost your transatlantic business\nDevelop strategies for effective and efficient global leadership approaches\nClear up expectations about living & working in a different country and culture\nDevelop strategies and action steps for efficient transatlantic communication \nDiscuss personal interests and questions about the challenges of working across cultures \n\n\nThis 1-day group training program will be delivered in-person at our Center of Training in Atlanta\, GA (USA) on Friday\, March 10th\, 2023 (from 9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern U.S. Time). Group size will not exceed 20 participants to ensure smooth facilitation and interaction among participants.\n\n\nAbout the speaker: \n\n\nThe training will be led and facilitated by Christian Höferle.
