The New Nuclear Arms Race

After a lifetime spent working on the front lines of national security, former Secretary of Defense Bill Perry believes that we are at greater danger of a nuclear catastrophe today than ever before.
But he has hope that we can still turn back from the brink.
William Perry, Secretary of Defense in the Clinton administration and Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering in the Carter administration, and Tom Z. Collina, the Director of Policy at Ploughshares Fund, will join us to discuss the threat of nuclear catastrophe and the steps they believe we should take to avoid it, including updating U.S. nuclear policy.
