Consular Conversations, Trade Edition: Chile

May 20, 2021 at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Global Atlanta’s Consular Conversations customarily feature diplomats covering the Southeast U.S., providing a platform to discuss bilateral relations.

While not diplomats, per se, trade commissioners similarly represent their countries in the region, crafting strategies and launching trade missions to connect companies and deepen engagement.

Over the next few months, we’ll tap into their deep expertise, using one-on-one virtual interviews to examine plans to better link up with Atlanta and Georgia.

First up? Chile.

Join us over Zoom to meet Germán Rocca, trade commissioner and USA liaison for ProChile’s South Region office in Miami. We’ll discuss fintech, startups, agriculture, mining and other sectors of opportunity as the innovative South American nation of 17 million continues to reach out to the region.
