Delta Air Lines Inc. is launching two new routes to the Bahamas this winter from Atlanta.  

The Atlanta-based airline will connect passengers to Eleuthera and Marsh Harbor, twice weekly for each destination, while increasing its service to Georgetown to three times a week. 

Global Atlanta’s Airport City portal reported in April that the airline last fall upped its weekly flight to Grand Bahama island to daily service as part of a broader tourism push that resulted in flights from gateway cities all over the U.S.  

Delta also operates flights to Nassau, the capital and economic center of the island nation.
