Ambassador Qin arrived in Washington D.C. in late July and this is his first public conversation with American organizations and people who would like to see the bilateral relationship stabilized and improved.
This event is sponsored by the World Affairs Council of Atlanta, the National Association of Chinese Americans and the China Research Center of Atlanta.
