Every minute, 20 people leave everything behind to escape war, persecution or terror. Refugees are among the most vulnerable people in the world, and total 65 million according to the United Nations. New technologies have been helping alleviate the crisis, but how else is the world helping those who have lost it all?
Join CARE’s Young Professionals Network of Atlanta and the World Affairs Council’s Young Leaders for a happy hour discussion about the local and global responses to the refugee crisis. The day after World Refugee Day, we will highlight how global solutions for refugees start locally.
