French for global health professionals

The aim of this course is to introduce basic concepts in theories and practices in global health. It will allow students to discuss articles pertaining to the roles of foreign governments/entities and pharmaceutical companies in developing countries. Additionally, the class will include case studies of a few tropical diseases.
This class is for students at the A1/A2 (beginner/intermediate) level. AF students must have already completed the 104. New students must complete an oral evaluation prior to registering for this class. Please call 404 898 1221 to schedule the evaluation.
