Global Inclusion 2021 – The Diversity Abroad Annual Conference
Since 2013 Diversity Abroad’s annual conference has constituted the most comprehensive forum for education professionals, students and stakeholders committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in global education and cultural exchange.
Community, collaboration, learning and inspiration. For eight years the annual Diversity Abroad conference has embodied these words. In fall 2021, the tradition continues but with an exciting new development: Diversity Abroad has renamed its annual conference to the Global Inclusion Conference or simply, Global Inclusion.
This rebranding more accurately reflects the holistic approach of Diversity Abroad and its member community in addressing and accelerating systemic and equitable change in all aspects of global education and cultural exchange, including:
- Career Advancement & Belonging
- International Student Services & Cultural Exchange
- Education Abroad
- Global Engagement at Home
Global Inclusion 2021 will be an opportunity to share innovations, build community, and collaborate to make progress towards a more sustainable and equitable future.

Global Inclusion 2021 is a hybrid event and includes virtual and in-person components. Regular registration is open through October 8,2021.
- The Full Access Pass includes all virtual main conference components in addition to on-site networking opportunities and the Think Forward Summit, which takes place Friday, October 29, 2021.
- The Digital Pass includes access to all concurrent sessions, critical issues, and plenaries taking place Monday – Thursday as well as virtual networking opportunities. The Think Forward Summit can be purchased as an additional ticket.
