The Atlanta Baroque Orchestra once again teams up with the Cathedral Schola to present one of J.S. Bach’s most celebratory works. Prepare for a dazzling display of solos and choruses enhanced by a colorful array of instruments including trumpets, timpani, woodwinds and strings. Paired with the Magnificat is Bach’s Orchestral Suite No. 3 in D Major, a spirited tour de force including the soulfully atmospheric Air popularly known as the “Air on the G String.”

There are two chances to see this performance: Friday, October 11 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Philip and Saturday, October 12 at 4 p.m. at St. David’s Episcopal Church!
