National Sovereignty Vs. International Human Rights

Judge Pillay, a South African national, was the first woman to start a law practice in her home province of Natal in 1967. Pillay was the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights from 2008 to 2014, served as the judge on the International Criminal Court and was president of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
