Putin’s Russia: Global Security & International Relations

U.S.-Russia relations were at a low point when Presidents Biden and Putin met in Geneva in June. President Biden had a long list of grievances from Ukraine to election interference and to Russia-based ransomware attacks. Russia included the U.S. in a list of “unfriendly nations.” Neither country had an Ambassador at its embassy in the other’s capital.
