Shifting Mindsets for Entrepreneurial Success: A Diaspora Conference

Join the Zambians Promoting Leadership in America (ZLA Foundation) and the Association of Zambians in America (AZA) for an empowering three-day diaspora conference called “Shifting Mindsets for Entrepreneurial Success” in Atlanta from September 7 – 9, 2023.

Each day of the conference will tackle a key theme in entrepreneurship. Day one focuses on innovation, featuring guest speaker Mulenga Kapwepwe who will share strategies for driving innovation in digital humanities. Day two pivots to resourcefulness, offering insights into diaspora investment products and how to create intergenerational wealth. Finally, day three champions creativity, promoting a growth mindset to spark fresh ideas for youth entrepreneurial programs. Proceeds from the fundraising gala will directly benefit youth in Zambia.
