Transatlantic Exhibition of Art in the South East

TEASE is back!
They are pleased to announce that once again we are supporting this intercultural art project following it’s success in 2014. Two years ago, as part of the TEASE: Transatlantic Exhibition of Art in the South East project, they welcomed five fascinating German artists, this year another group of American and German artists are going to explore the Southern states of America.
First stop will be Atlanta, GA, on Friday, September 30, 2016 where TEASE artists Regine Bechtler, Jochen Pankrath, Jane Allen Nodine, and Kati von Schwerin will exhibit their work. Alongside them, they are delighted to welcome Atlanta artist Eric Mack who will also exhibit a selection of his paintings.
Eric Mack is an outstanding painter. He enjoys values such as rigidity which many claim as a stereotype for Germany, where he lived and worked for four years. His work is lively, modern and international. Living abroad made the boy from the South to become a worldly man.
They are honored that Mr. Mack will be representing Atlanta’s art scene at this event.
Another highlight of this year’s exhibition will be a musical program that was written by Kati von Schwerin and will be performed by Gregor McEwan .
Next stop after Atlanta will be Spartanburg, SC, on October 1. Following that, the four artists will travel to Charlotte, NC where they will exhibit their artwork October 3. Last stop of this year’s TEASE tour will be Raleigh, NC, October 5.
