View of the USMCA from Mexico
October 21, 2020 at 10:30 am - 11:30 am
The Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) is pleased to present a complimentary webinar that will present insights from Mexico on the new United States-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) trade agreement that entered into force on July 1, 2020, and replaced NAFTA.
In 2019, Mexico and Canada were the United States’ largest trading partners with $1.2 trillion in annual cross-border trade. The new USMCA agreement will have a profound impact on US businesses selling within the region with updated rules of origin, new chapters on digital trade, and changes to documentation requirements and procedures.
Join Georgia’s Trade Representative in Mexico along with a speaker who will share a perspective from Mexico of the USMCA, including tips for Georgia exporters interested in the Mexico market.
