About the webinar:

The nation state of Taiwan values its growing partnership with the United States. What the U.S. Department of State refers to as a “robust unofficial relationship” accounts for:

– Taiwan being the U.S.’s 10th largest trading partner;
– U.S. diplomatic support for Taiwan;
– An increase in travel between Taiwan and the U.S., and
– 148 sister cities between the two countries.

Foreign Minister Wu is an unabashed proponent of expanding this bi-lateral relationship into a global partnership.
