Georgia Tech’s business school ranked No. 25 in the world when it comes to preparing students for the realities of global trade through a master’s of business administration, according a ranking released in November.

The Scheller College of Business’s MBA program was one of 48 U.S.-based programs that were rated in the study, including many that cracked the top 100.

Only two universities in Georgia made that list, as the Emory University Goizueta Business School’s MBA program came in at No. 82.

The list was published by QS Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), a U.K.-based higher education analyst known for its global MBA fairs, which have come to Atlanta on multiple occasions. The analysis was conducted in partnership with the Hinrich Foundation, a Hong Kong-based trade think tank which said the rankings will help prospective students understand which programs are best preparing graduates for a changing global economy.

Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management topped the global list.
