The German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern United States’ board of directors has re-elected Eike Jordan, president of Jordan Inter Start Inc., as chairman, and elected Robin Spratlin, general manager, Georgia Power, as the new vice chairman.
Thomas J. Harrold Jr., partner, Miller & Martin PLLC, is to serve as secretary, and Brad Carver, an attorney with Hall Booth Smith & Slover P.C., as secretary.

The board held its annual meeting at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach, Fla., May 4-6.

Newly elected board members are Stefan Grenzebach, president and CEO of Grenzebach Corp. in Newnan; Heidi Hein, vice president and relationship manager, United Commercial Bank in Smyrna; Klaus Holler, vice president production for the Americas, Lufthansa Cargo AG in Atlanta;

Matthias Schonberg, CEO, Continental Tire North America Inc. in Charlotte, N.C. and Teri A. Simmons, director of international and immigration department, Arnall Golden Gregory LLP in Atlanta.

Re-elected board members include Klaus Becker, chapter director of the German American Chamber South, North Carolina chapter in Charlotte, N.C.; Aubert Martin, CEO, Siemens Energy & Automation Inc. in Alpharetta; Gray McCalley, vice president and deputy general counsel, Printpack Inc. in Atlanta and Knut Gunther, president of KGE Associates LP in Miami.
